3. Drive the design process to obtain planning permission
4. Prepare a cost plan

We will:
1. Tender the work elements obtaining competitive prices for you to vet.
2. Prepare all the health and safety documentation for the project.
3. Prepare all the quality assurance documents for the project.
4. Procure the work element subcontractors and manage them throughout the process.
5. Prepare and manage the construction program.
6. Prepare and manage the project budget.
7. Report progress, budget, quality issues and health and safety issues on a monthly basis.
8. Drive the project to obtain best value and quality for our client.
9. Hand over the keys.
